Lindsay Copsey

A former college athlete, Lindsay her years growing up experiencing how training impacted her sucess. A lifetime of passion for training and fitness along with a desire to help others led her to achieve a degree in Sports Performance and Health and also become an ISSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

 

With years of experience leading personal and group graining (athletic performance, functional training, and general strength training), she is highly qualified to create individualized programming for any person's goals. As a seasoned coach, her commitment to help you get the results you want can be a critical part of assisting and encouraging you on your journey.

 

Oh, and there will be plenty of fun along the way. Lindsay's sense of humor helps create an atmosphere that may make you laugh in addition to feeling the burn!
